HOW CAN I ARRANGE TO VIEW PROPERTIES AND THE SURROUNDING AREA
We welcome you to visit our properties, to look at the local area, the towns and villages, the beaches and of course the development sites.
You can be assured that there is absolutely no obligation to purchase, just a helpful and friendly service.
On a typical Inspection Trip you would arrive in resort to be met by a local English-speaking representative at the airport who would take you to your local hotel accommodation. You would view the site, the local area and be provided with plenty of free time to enjoy the local lifestyle.
If you wish to reserve a property before your inspection visit (advisable for some of our off-plan developments where deposits are refundable but optional), please contact your agent at LLB International on 0870 977 20698 and they can talk through the property options available and pricing.

OUR INDEPENDENT TRAVEL AGENT
We are delighted to offer the services of an independent travel agency to you to help you book your inspection trip. Travel Counsellors is completely independent, and can quickly and easily search different travel options for you.
A huge bonus for our client's is also the Travel Counsellors Trust. It means the company can protect customer money in the event of a supplier failure. This protection is provided completely free of charge to the customer.[1][1]
INDEPENDENT TRAVEL
We understand that clients may wish to make their own travel arrangements or to combine viewing property with a holiday in the area. Should you wish to do so, simply tell us when and where you would like to meet our local representatives and we will arrange the appointments for you with our sales executives.
FLIGHT AND HOTEL DISCOUNTS
We do not have any financial interest in your flight and hotel bookings and you are free to book wherever you wish. However, we can provide recommendations and discounts for certain hotels and airlines. Please contact us for further details.
KEY STEPS

- Please then book your flights and hotel either independently or with travel counsellors
- Send the details through to your sales contact at LLB International Limited and we will confirm your itinerary.
Viewings can be arranged for as many days as you wish and any days during the week - there are no limits.
DURING THE INSPECTION TRIP WE CAN:
ü Collect and transport you from the airport to your hotel (fees may apply depending upon the destination)
ü Accompany you on visits to view the area and the properties in which you are interested
ü Discuss the buying procedure
ü Show you the local area, the towns and villages, the beaches and of course the properties
ü If you would like to take excursions, we can help organise this for you
